How does batch ordering work?
Each week we open a limited batch of a single-origin coffee. You order your preferred bag size while the batch is open. Once it closes, we roast everything fresh and notify you when it's ready for pickup.
What bag sizes do you offer?
Three sizes: Sample (4oz/100g), Small (8oz/200g), and Large (12oz/340g). All whole bean — we don't grind.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is on the south end of Whidbey Island. Each batch lists the pickup location and time — we'll email you when your beans are ready.
What if I miss the ordering window?
Subscribe to get notified when each batch opens, or set up a subscription so you're automatically charged and guaranteed a bag every batch (or every other, or monthly).
How do subscriptions work?
Choose your frequency (every batch, every other batch, or monthly), pick your bag size, and save a payment method. We'll automatically charge you when batches open at your chosen frequency. You can pause or cancel anytime.
What's your refund policy?
We'll refund any order before the batch closes. Once we've started roasting, we can't offer refunds — but we cup every batch for quality and will replace anything that doesn't meet our standard.
Do you ship?
Not yet. We're local-only for now — pickup on Whidbey Island. Shipping may come in the future.
What does "light roast" mean?
We roast to City/City+ (light to medium-light). At that level, the coffee tastes more like where it came from and less like char. If you're used to dark roasts, expect more acidity and fruitiness. It's a different experience, but we think it's a better one.
