We open a batch of one coffee each week. Pick your bag size and order while it’s open.
We roast to order
Once the window closes, we roast everything in small lots on the Aillio Bullet.
Pick up locally
Pick up locally on Whidbey. Always roasted fresh, 1–2 days before.

Our Philosophy
Light roasted.
Small batch.
Whidbey Island.
Good coffee comes down to two things: good beans and sound roasting (see what we did there?). We buy single-origin lots and roast them light enough that you can actually taste where they came from.
There's no warehouse and no inventory. We roast after you order, and you pick it up a few days later on the island.
